Gebomsa receives the certification of its quality management system according to the standard ISO 9001: 2008

Gebomsa, the leader in design and concrete pumping services, receives the ISO 9001: 2008 certificate, after successfully meeting the quality audits of TÜVRheinland for their national locations and headquarters in Madrid, Spain.

On a ceremony held at the NH Hotel in Alcorcón, Spain on February 15, Miguel D´Cotta, CEO of Gebomsa received the certification ISO 9001: 2008 from the hands of Francisco Grande, Regional Director of the TÜV Rheinland Group; Isabel Torres, responsible for Regional certification of systems of TÜV Rheinland in Madrid and Otero Abel of the commercial Department.

Gebomsa, the leader in design and concrete pumping services, offers its customers integrated solutions of pumping concrete in the different countries in which it operates. With more than 30 years of experience, its 400 pumping equipment (the widest and most varied fleet of the market) and its highly qualified employees, allows the company to be a reference in the sector. Through its divisions of boom pumps and special pumps for all kinds of works, it reaches wherever customers need to, overcoming barriers and difficulties.

In order to ensure a maximum quality service to their customers, during 2011 Gebomsa designed and implemented its system of quality management, a project developed focused on their customers and to ensure their maximum satisfaction and level of commitment.

After a few months of intense work, Gebomsa has a practical and innovative system of quality management. One of the keys to this success has been the high level of commitment of its human team.

Today, Gebomsa has its own quality management system, a best practice in management. Its more than 30 processes documented and supplemented with different work guidelines, as well as its key indicators for analysis and control of the system itself, have been audited by the entity TÜVRheinland Ibérica, Inspection, Certification and Testing, S.A. who has certified that the Gebomsa quality management system complies with all the standards of ISO 9001: 2008.
