Intellectual property

The contents of the web site (URL), namely texts, images, graphic design, source code, logos, trademarks, etc., are the exclusive property of Gebomsa and are protected by the regulatory rules of intellectual property, thereby prohibiting their reproduction, modification, distribution or manipulation.

Gebomsa is the exclusive owner of all intellectual and industrial property and similar rights that may fall under the website. 4. Incorporate viruses or other physical or electronic elements that may damage or hinder the normal operation of the network, system or computer equipment (hardware and software) of Gebomsa or of third parties or that may damage electronic documents and files stored in such equipment.
5. Obtaining or even the attempt to obtain the content using means or procedures other than those which, according to the cases, are at disposal to this effect in general of those that are usually used on the Internet to this effect whenever they do not involve a risk of damage or disablement of the Web, the services or of the media.

Gebomsa excludes, with all the extent allowed by the legal system, any liability for damages of any nature that may result from the transmission, dissemination, storage, availability, reception, obtaining or access to the contents, and in particular, although not exclusively, damages the that can occur.

Privacy and data protection

In compliance with the organic Spanish Law 151999, of 13 December, of protection of data of Personal nature (hereinafter LOPD), Gebomsa informs the user that all the personal data that he provides through the website will be incorporated to a file created and maintained under the responsibility of Gebomsa.

The personal data will be used for the purpose of managing the offered services, processing orders, perform administrative tasks as well as sending technical, commercial or advertising information regularly or electronically to its clients or users about products or services that may be of interest.
