Gebomsa trains their mechanics with the latest market innovations

The training course was held by concrete pumping experts from the world of and lasted more than two days.

Prior to the implementation of the new process of preventive maintenance of machinery, Gebomsa trains its employees in order to improve their skills and productivity.

The training course was held by Juan José Pérez Sánchez, Technical and AS Manager of Schwing and Juan Manuel Fernández, Schwing technician. The content featured 40% theoretical and 60% practical including the following items:

1. Refreshing contents of the core level: a small review and brainstorm.

2. The hydraulic system of the machine, basic notions of interpretation of schemas and identification of breakdowns.

3. The electrical system of the machine, basic notions, identification of breakdowns.

4. The remote control, verification of functions, basic maintenance.

5. The security of the machine: emergency arrow signs, coverings with moving parts, stroke limits, etc..

Thanks to this course, the mechanics of the Spanish multinational identified faster and more effective the possible failures of machinery park so as to increase its productivity.
